It may be possible that the hard drive is dying. CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride.But, I noticed that the door seems to open when my finger tips are warmer vs cooler. I guess I could use touch sensitive. However, the device has to be able to detect the touch. I suspect some inanimate objects may not work. If the object is at the same or less temperature than the device, it may not recognize the touch. But, that is just a guess.
