The main trick is to not build too big, and get production going as early as possible. A blue circuit assembler that only works 25% of the time and is built at hour 4 is just as good as one built at hour 7 that operates 100% of the time. Building small and fast is better. 2 steel might be a bit overkill though.For "There is no spoon", start with the train achievement, then each science pack, then rocket parts, and then the rocket construction for example.
