I'm a massive Horror film fan if this list didn't already make it obvious, and certainly the list of extremely graphically violent Horror films isn't a short one by any means. One I've been meaning to give a look is The Sadness, which from what I've seen and heard about it definitely deserves inclusion on any list of ultra-violent and gory films.
