When I logged onto Mohela this morning in the payment information under my account, it shows $0 total amount due, $0 current amount due, etc. In the loan overview area, it shows the same – current principal $0, all zeros except oddly enough interest shows at $264.57 – but everything else, $0. The PSLF tracker is gone from my payment page. Under “Documents Received” it shows that on 7/19/23 they received the PSLF E-Sign with my previous school district and current school district signing off, but I have no PSLF payment tracker available anywhere on my account. I know I probably need to call Mohela and I am seriously dreading it from all of the horror stories and wait times.
