The game ran great in acts 1-2, and in act 3, it was great in Rivington, somewhat good in most of Wyrm's Rock, and pretty good in the lower city, as long as I set the priority as high and disable Dynamic Crowds. However going back to the fortress makes the ENTIRE location hostile. Guards/Flaming fists, nobles, everyone.

There's a major lag issue in particular with that area. Sometimes it takes a good 30 seconds to a minute before the game "catches up". I usually just go take a piss or grab a beer as soon as I enter there and come back ready to go lol. Well criminal stuff have consequence.
