The comp definitely makes a difference, especially with self defense ammo (I use 124g HST standard load), but the X Macro comp is basically $150 more. Good Morning, The XMacro does not come in a comp version under the LE/MIL program of SIG's. This is due to "Comps" are not Duty Approved. As far as getting the slide, you will also have to get a 3.1 P365 barrel to put in it.
