From my understanding, with a rank 6 Galvanized Savvy, I should get 25.5% base damage per status effect, per stack, so with 2 stacks and 2 status effects (viral and impact) I should get 102% base damage, yet there is no increase in damage at all. This mod would perfectly complement my Bubonico build, but it is not functioning.it make sense to me, because twin is so bad with melee and so good with guns. so he automatically get bubonico. he shoot and prime everything, while i finish off whatever still standing with my CO melee. the battery system doesn't hurt specters either. i rarely notice the twin ever stop shooting.
