Since SIG Sauer is no longer being exported from Germany to the US, the Mosquito is no longer going to be available from SIG Sauer. SIG should have never put their name on that gun. It just isn't a good gun. But, GSG has announced that it will be exporting the gun to the US through ATI with the new name "GSG .22LR Firefly".

The 22/45 is more prone to FTF when it gets dirty than the 1911-22. Also, the GSG 1911-22 is cheaper and looks like a normal 1911 while the 22/45 looks like Ruger product (which I like).
