Historically people switched from Reshade to Gshade because Gshade was easier to install and had some features that only were usable on Reshade with a lot of hassle (like depth shaders), eventually Reshade made that easier but by then everyone switched to Gshade and generally people were happy until the recent shitshow, but current iterations of Gshade and Reshade are basically the same.There should be an option that says FFXIV_HUD_TOP/BOTTOM in the Reshade effects tab. I forgot the exact name of it. Enable both and the options blurring will go away. Just FYI, some presets are not made for gameplay, only for screenshots. So presets don't have these option available, but these will work regardless.
