To me, it seems that it is only pulling power from one battery. When I turn the key to crank the engine, it just engages the starter to the flywheel and barely turns the engine over for a split second, and dies like it has no battery power. Engine must spin to 140 RPM before it will fire. If those are the original batteries, I would be suprised if they are up to the task. Hard warm starts, crank time in excess of 3-4 seconds, is a sign of injector problems.

Unfortunately the fuel that is causing the issue is in the lines, pump, filter etc and needs to cycled, but because it is jelled it cannot be pumped.
