There is the magazine spring on the magazine tube, a collar on the magazine tube with arrows on it (arrow is toward the muzzle) , a friction sleeve with a split in it then the barrel lug. Remington sportsman 58. Last Thursday I traded a friend a 870 express for his sportsman 58. I think this was a pretty good trade. I have just finished cleaning it, some parts were so dirty I had to soak them for 3 days in hoppes. Overall the gun is in pretty decent shape. With the exception of the butt stock, it badly needs to be refinished.
