Going to do 103" kit with ported/polished heads, slightly domed ...The 107 is tempting, but a bit pricy - about 4k's. Out here in SLC, just installing the SE 255 cams (parts, labor & dyno) out-the-door will run between $1,175.00 and $1,337.00. The Stage II 103 kit will run between $2,012.00 and $2,090.00. For a difference of about $825 bucks, I think I'll go with the Stage II.

Installed woods 555 cams woods roller lifters and had short block charlies increse valve seat size and street port heads adjustable push rods. pulling 102 h.p and 110 torque very happy with the hole set up. Set up for 10.25 to 1 compression.

Very good bolt in for a 96", little undercammed for the 103" but produces great torque in every range and a wonderful cam for touring (with a little racing fun too). Very quiet and well mannered. No cam noise like some of the other cams out there.4 cams that come to mind immediately that acomodate a Touring 103" in a plug and play application; Wood 222. Wood 5-6. Andrews 48. CR .570. Wood 555 intake valve closing number, requires 10.35 compression to be fully effective. Not trying to be a kill-joy, just a realist. "Harley-Davidson Speed & Service Center".

**Update**: Raced my buddies 103hp/105ftlbs 2003 softail 103 stroker. This Electra glide only lost by 1-2 bike lengths the entire run. Considering the weight...The TW5G is a great performer and if you are looking for a little more low end, throw in a +2 or +4 cam advance key and hold on. It smokes the 585 for low end pull. (Damned Doc chimed in with my torque monster classification and the "smokes the 585" line is the best line I can come up with on short notice.) The 254 just runs HOT! So far, it's doing great. Good power, quiet, and seems about 20 degrees cooler.
