I have 60K on the vehicle and called Cadillac to see if there was a recall since so many people are reporting the same issue. There was no recall or service bulletin for this problem but obviously its an issue since so many people are having it.

At first the voice button on the steering wheel stopped working. Then the lower buttons on the touch screen did not work. Now the entire screen has stopped working.
