The lake has been in a Stage 3 condition since April 2016, but rainfall amounts in the watershed not seen in two decades have added approximately 97,000 acre-feet of water supply to the reservoir, bringing it to 70.6% of full capacity. And the lake level continues to rise, adding be tween 500 and 600 acre-feet a day, Flood said.
