They were straight runs, so I thought I could just google the info to determine which chick would be a hen or a roo, but apparently this is a relatively new breed? I couldn’t find a lot of info on them, & I’m still learning ... These are from Hoovers Hatchery. One is yellow with a few black spots. The employee thought it was a prairie bluebell egger. Has anyone seen one with this color pattern?? I'm suspicious because last week they had California White which is exactly what this chick looks like when I search a picture of them. Thoughts?
